illumineX Wallet will be released on October 20th 2024!

In 53 days time from now and you’ll have the best in class, browser based, private, non custodial, gas-less wallet with integrated cross chain swaps available.

Below gives a summary of some things we’re working on and why the extra time is pivotal in offering the best product possible:

Partnership Development:

We have been engaging with new partners on a daily basis regarding an introduction of our illumineX privacy solution to their current products and integrating their innovative solutions into illumineX. We’re pleased to announce there has been significant interest across the board, due to it being a unique product that solves a real problem. Over the next 2 months, these partnerships will continue to expand and grow in numbers, providing an incredibly solid base of partners, users and opportunities.

The organic growth opportunities these partnerships will bring should not be overlooked and something we’re keen to keep expanding on.

Product Refinement:

One area that is difficult to convey is the complexity of what is built and is worth emphasising this will be a unique product, one that has never been achieved in crypto and solves a real problem within the crypto space — self custodial privacy with humane UX!

To build a product like this would often take a small team over a year, we’ll be delivering that in half the expected timeline, due to the relentlessness and skill of our engineers.

Every component and action has been built from the ground up, to be optimised in any way it potentially can. We are very much aware of first impressions being key for crypto products, especially with wallets and user experience. Due to these points, we’re confident the small amount of additional time outlined in our release date will be beneficial for all users, protocol and adoption. During this time, we’re working on several development elements:

• Top to bottom testing — firstly this includes every part of the UX & UI, from all device types, resolutions, screen sizes, internet connection types and more.
• Security testing — We are working hard internally and with external partners to ensure we release the strongest product possible from a safety and security perspective. When you’re building a product that is responsible for user funds, every single vertical needs to be perfected, with no compromise.
• Cross chain and load testing — due to the complexity of the plumbing for a wallet with this amount of new features, ensuring each feature works flawlessly is vital. So we’ll be carefully testing all possible environments to ensure everything is optimally programmed. From heavy swap loads to significant deposit/withdrawal processes being engaged simultaneously.
• Extensive testing of contracts — smart contracts can not have weak points, this process can be time consuming and thorough to ensure we can be confident there are no weaknesses to be found.
• Gas-less transaction infrastructure testing and fine tuning — again, the speed and accuracy of the gas-less transaction is vital for a smooth, safe user experience.

So why is this all important?

Adoption. Adoption and users is the key to the success of illumineX.

For adoption and user retention, we must release a near perfect product, which takes time and careful consideration.

So, by introducing a slightly longer timeline than originally anticipated, it is solely to serve as a benefit for the product long term, increase adoption and utilise 100% of the protocol revenue for buy back and burn events. Perfection takes time, but with perfection comes success.

We believe over time illumineX will become a top player on the crypto privacy market.
